"I’ve ordered from MCG twice and will likely continue to purchase from them. First time there were no issues with the plants, but one terracotta pot was cracked. No complaints.
The succulents in the second order had broken leaves (likely from shipping) and one had areas of rot/overwatering. 2 of 3 plants had bone dry soil (which I expected) and one was damp with multiple saturated/slimy leaves. (Shipping fragile items is always a risk for breakage, which isn’t the company’s fault). The overwatered plant in the second order is my main issue around quality control. Overall, no major problems and I’ll order from MCG again. "

"After doing lots of research online regarding the purchase of live succulents to use for a party, I didn't have a great deal of faith that the plants would arrive healthy and in a timely manor. ( Many reviews of plants from other companies were filled with disappointment.) Well, I was so wrong! I chose Mountain Crest Gardens and I'm sooo glad that I did! My plants came quickly, they were well-packed and very healthy and colorful! Now I'm thinking that I need to order more! I will definitely be ordering more from this vendor."

"This was my first order with mountain crest. Im happy with it, the only thing I was sad about was, the one plant I placed the order for and was my wishlist plant, pink butterfly kalanchoe, had hardly any soil in the pot and because of that, it was not sitting stable in the box and seemed to not be as in good shape as the other plants. I think it will be ok though. I think it will survive but that was the only plant that seemed to be in poor shape.
The other plants I ordered just to add more plants, I was happy with the amount of plants in each pot, they had 2-3 in each pot.
I love the selection of plants mountain crest had, so I can add to my collection of my favorite kalanchoes. "
