"I have been happy to find Mountain Crest has excellent plants and selection. Been very happy with their customer service for shipping issues were handled quickly. My only quarrel is that some of the airplants I have received could have been taken care of better prior to me receiving them. Some had dead spots of many leaves that look like the plant was only kept on one side of itself and smooshed down (possibly from a bag it was kept in). Besides that I have been a repeat buyer!! Trust in Mountain Crest!"
"On this order most of the soil was in the box not in the pots. One plant had torn leaves, another one was mangled and had black spots on it. Another company I order from wraps each plant in bubble wrap without the pot and my plants arrive beautiful every time. I’m hoping to save both plants despite their condition, time will tell if I succeed. I’ve ordered 3 other times from this company and my plants arrived fine, don’t know what happened this time.
