"Dirt visible on external tape off shipping box. Abundance of lose dirt in and on all the succulents. Multiple damaged plants (broken or permanent markings). One plant was not rooted enough and has not survive the transplant (died within 48 hours). The two non damaged plants required cleaning to get loose dirt off of them... Still stuck on one of them. This was my second time ordering and the packaging did not compare to the first purchase. Really unfortunate. "

"Very nice selection with plenty of cool stuff to choose from! Delivery time was reasonable. The packaging is where I was both impressed and disappointed. I bought variegated pearls which came in its own box, and variegated haworthia which was nicely wrapped. However I also got variegated bear paws and was not as impressed. It did not come in its own box like the peals and was pretty smushed from the packing paper. It lost over half a dozen leaves and I'm hoping it will perk up and get to growing! I will definitely order more from here, but maybe not anything fragile."
