"Of the many orders I've had from you this is the first time the plants were over watered and I lost of small number of plants while they were in the box. The plants that were not too wet made it okay. I usually get my order on Wednesday, or sometimes on Thursday, but this time it got here on Friday. Since I have planted most of the plants I am losing a number of leaves on most of the wet plants.

"I received my package pretty fast and received all of my items. They were packaged nicely, but not all the plants were in the best shape. I had a handful of plants with good amounts of bruising, and some plants seemed really fragile and weak with their leaves barely hanging on and looking a little sick. I just had more issues than I would like that I did not bother reporting them. If any of the plants die then I will say something. Overall I was underwhelmed with the purchase because I have heard so much great things about Mountain Crest. Other than all of that, I loved the selection of plants (great variety) and the amount of plants you can get for a good price. I also appreciate the fast delivery."

The echeverias in this order were not just unhealthy with dried out leaves underneath, but so thirsty that each one arrived with at least one cracked or completely broken leaves. I had planned to resell these at a farmer's market and they just aren't nearly the quality I have come to expect over my several orders; they should not have been sold in this condition. "
