"I am very pleased with their customer service. I ordered a North Face backpack from their site and it so happened to be out of stock at North Face. It was an older model. They called me up the next day telling me that they could not get the order, sot hey asked me what I wanted to do; order the newer version or order a different color. I didn't want either, so they just fully refunded my money back. A few minutes later, they call me back telling me they went through the store 2 more times to double check and made sure a second time that I did not want to order a different color or the more recent model. Great customer service!
