"Ordered two icebreaker merino shirts, one was the wrong style. Called and was told that they would replace it by manager, I didn't feel it was worth the effort, and it was a gift that someone was expecting - I was very disappointed. The garments were just thrown in an over sized box and arrived wrinkled. There was no care in the packaging. I would not order from them again. I appreciate the offer to switch the wrong item, although that and the packaging makes me wonder if they care about repeat business. They won't be getting mine."

"I ordered a pair of Patagonia shoes as a present for my husband on this site and they had a very good price. This was deceiving. Two days after I placed my order I received an email informing me that my order was canceled as the item was out of stock. The preliminary charges has already been made to my credit card and I had planned on having his present in time. I emailed customer service with my issue thinking that they would do SOMETHING to keep my business and make up for their error. I received an email back that seemed to be written by a partial-illiterate who could not spell or learn how to use spell check. I would never recommend using this site! "
