"This was my first purchase at this store. I was searching for Metolius bolt hangers on the internet and found this company had some at a good price plus had them in stock (other companies did not have them in stock...and REI -- where I normally shop, no longer carry them and I know this brand is a great brand and did not want to try something cheaper). I ordered 15 from their website late at night. The first thing in the morning, I received an email that they only had 6 in stock but have some on order and will have more in 10 days and will ship my order at that time. The email said if that was a problem to let them know. I wrote back and said is there any way you can ship the 6 now and ship the others when they come in. My only suggestion would be that they would have replied to my email, instead they DID send out the 6 immediately and sent me a tracking number. I was pleased with their customer service (other than not replying but I did get the email for the tracking number saying my order had shipped but I did not know if 6 were coming or the whole 15). 10 days later, I received the email notifying me that my shipment was sent with a tracking number. I took a risk because I had read just a couple negative reviews in regards to customer service which is why I wanted to write this review to show my experience. Will definitely buy from this company again. (Addl note: Free shipping with orders over 49. -- even though they shipped both out separately, I was not charged anything extra!!)"

When my package was erroneously routed to a different address by the shipping company, Mountain Sports (Internet Team) responded to my email inquiry within the hour I sent my correspondence with them - that is "prompt" in its very definition. "This was my first experience/ order from this company.
I was searching online for a Kelty Screenhouse to use for camping. I found one, a “floor model”, on Ebay and placed several bids on it before getting out bid in the end. So I did a web search for a retailer who sold Kelty. I ran across Mountain Sports in my search and found their price was within a couple of bucks of the Ebay item I had bid on. Mountain Sports also has free shipping on this item (anything over $50) so I came out ahead on the deal.
I read that they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a 30 day return policy. So
I placed an order through their website for the Screenhouse in the afternoon. I quickly received an email confirmation of my order. The item was shipped and an email sent with tracking numbers the very next day.
A couple days after I received the item, I ran across another online company selling the Screenhouse even cheaper. So I contacted Mountain Sports and sent them the link to this website with their price. They quickly contacted me and agreed to refund a portion of my purchase which came very close to the other price.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them. It’s nice to see quick replies and order confirmation when ordering online. Thanks Mountain Sports!
