The guy there was very helpful and helped us to correct an order so the parts we ordered would be compatible. I've got nothing but good things to say about our experience with them."

Terrible customer service and questionable product quality.

My $500 skis from them broke on my third day out - split wide open right at the dampener on one of the skis... makes me think it was already damaged when I got it. There's no way that should happen to a ski that hasn't already been mistreated.

I called a number of times and the phone was never picked up. I left voice messages that were never returned and I sent a number of e-mails that never got a reply.

I totally regret dealing with "Mountain Time Sports".

"I ordered a pair of demo Head Monster 78 skis with demo bindings from the store in Washington. I live in Ontario.The ski description stated they were a 8 or 9 out of 10 for condition, with only superficial top scratches. The skis were suppose to come with Tyrolia HD14 bindings, which they did not. They had a lesser quality demo binding, lower DIN of 12.The top sheet was heavily scratched, had chunks of top sheet missing which had been repaired. This was not what I paid for nor was their website store accurate. I contacted them and all they did was reimburse me $25. I wasn't able to return them as I would have been stung for the $80 shipping and customs taxes into Canada/ I do not recommend purchasing from this store. They are not accurately portraying the product."
