"I ordered a mount online. The next day I received 2 emails (one addressed to someone else) stating that PayPal needed an updated address from me. This was despite the fact that I did not log into PayPal to process my order and used their credit card order form. I emailed their accounts department back, but heard nothing back. I then made 3 phone calls to their 1-888 number and talked to someone who only identified himself/the company when I asked. Each time he told me he would look into it and call me back. He never did and each time made an excuse that he had the wrong number, or left me a voice mail (no messages left for me when I checked).
Finally 4 days later of frustration, I called again & the same guy called Sebastian told me he could 'upgrade' me to a different model. When I refused and flat out asked if my original order could be processed, he told me to call back again in 30 minutes & he would transfer me to customer service. Called back, talked to customer service who said that they would refund my money but it would take 3 or 4 days. Said for me to reorder. I explained that the billing address was different as per the original order & at that point they said they could not process it, EVEN THOUGH it was possible on their website.
A frustrating experience, with a very unprofessional company that just gave me the run around.
The item was a good deal, but the time I wasted & still couldn't get my order resolved was not worth the money.
My advice, stay away & order from a more reputable company.

"I am really unhappy with my purchase. Place an Order Number: 33047 on July 23, 2008. Ten days latter to find out it still on "Processing" and not yet left the warehouse. The first guy I called hang up on me, the second lady "Michelle" is a liar. She said the order is being check for complete set and added extra stuff for the set. I was thinking, what the h+ll, the set I order should include everything base on the description on the web page, but thank you her for getting my order to ship out that day. Today the order I received missing the adapter and long rail for the bracket (base on the picture and description on the installation manual). What a bunch of b+llshi+. 3 strikes on the first order. Never again. Even the missing items is not needed for my installation, but it is a big items in the box and may needed for bigger monitor, also Michelle said some boy will check the order and put extra kit to make it complete. Thanksssssss not."
"All arrived on time and seemingly in fine condition. However they were EXTREMELY unresponsive to return phone calls or emails regarding an issue I wanted to discuss (which was not related to product quality or damage). They even put me on hold for over 15 minutes before I had to hang up and call back. Their responses were sporadic and did not address the specific question I posed until I finally was able to discuss it after 3-4 email exchanges and several phone calls and non-responded voicemail messages. I will never order from them again nor will I hesitate to recommend that friends do NOT order from them. "

"I ordered a TV mount from Mounts Direct on the date above, was shipped the mount promptly, but was shipped the wrong mount. I called them up and they told me to return it, and they would promptly ship the right mount back. I returned the mount, and haven't heard from them since. I've sent 4 emails, and called once. NOTHING! No response, and the charge is still looming on my credit card. BUYER BEWARE!"
