"Ordered a holster to fit a pistol with a laser-got a holster for the same gun, but WITHOUT a laser, so it obviously doesn't fit. Tried to call several times a day for a week-a recording says they're short staffed and not answering (how convenient to just ignore complaints constantly). Sent several emails-they wanted a pic as if I was lying about what I received. I sent them one, then they ignored my dozen or so emails after that. Worst company I've dealt with in over 10 years. Save your money--there are reputable business that have the same stuff they claim to have."
"Don't buy from them. I purchased a shell holder and it was supposed to fit my shotgun. It doesn't and when I called them I got the story I can return it and pay a 10% restocking fee and shipping. Thier product doesn't fit eventhough they say it would in the description and 'm getting screwed great customer service. Avoid them I'm out $85 you don't have to make the same mistake."
"Seems solid with no issues. Fit and finish is good. Had no problems with Upper work. Didn't apply more than 45lbs torque to any barrel nuts while using this and have zero issues. I would recommend. Also picked up one for a future A-10 build. A slight delay with shipping info most likely due to the holiday."

They offered to cancel or ship whenever the item came back in stock, with me not needing the item ASAP I just told them to ship it when it came in and they did. I've ordered from other retailers who take forever to ship and do not reach out to their customers and instead have the customer call and email to find out what is going on only to be told that the item is backordered.
