"I purchase close to have a million dollars between all of my companies from them each year.

They have the worst customer service ever. Very rude. Very unhelpful. In so many occasions they have declined our orders or cards or … for no reason. They send open items and decline to take them back and claim it was closed when they sent them.

"I asked for 2 replacement boards. I contacted Arduino, and they said it was defective and told me to ask Mouser to give me replacement. I did asked Mouser and they sent 2 boards as an order without my consent. I thought wow, Mouser just sent 2 boards free to me as replacement. One and half month later, they contacted me to pay for the order or send the defective boards back. I will never pay for the order because I did not order it, they did. Secondly, when I want to send back the orders, they said it has to be an perfect condition with box, label, etc. I only have the 2 defective boards and I can replace the 2 defective boards and package them with the 2 new boxes that they sent me. They still did not want to accept it. Finally I sent back the new boards back without even use it and I never got the 2 defective boards replacement. Thanks Mouser."

"As a company we send minimum 20 orders to Mouser/year, usually good experience. 1-2 times they sent wrong product but they solved it after our complaint.
They have big stock and good prices."

"Sono un cliente mouser da diversi anni. Ho fatto diversi acquisti senza mai avere un problema. L ultimo acquisto che ho effettuato mi e' stato recapitato un ordine che non corrispondeva a quello da me ordinato. Dopo varie ricerche per capire se l errore fosse stato del loro magazzino o mio nell' ordine ricevo un mail dall' assistenza dicendomi che errore era mio (guarda caso ne' ...giustamente). Pessima assistenza nella risoluzione dei problemi se dovesse capitare qualcosa. Poco seri non li consiglio. "Worst online shopping experience till date! The Mouser policies & team doesn't respect the customer's privacy at all.

I placed an order online and paid the amount with my Debit Card. Following which, a Mouser employee calls me asking for my Card details (Last 4 digits, Expiry Date & CVC) to verify whether I was a FRAUD or not!! It sounded like a phising attack and thus I informed her that I cannot provide any card details over a phone call or email to anyone. Irrespective of whether it was a Mouser employee or not, I'm not going to ever provide any card details to anyone. That's 101 of using any online payment services.

They kept the order pending for 4 days before cancelling it for not giving them the card details! Then, the rude Mouser employee, Manisha Rani, informs us that if we want to buy anything over Mouser, we have to provide her with the card details and that's how it works at Mouser!

We placed another order after speaking to some better customer executives who assured that this won't happen again. The same lady, Manisha Rani, was introduced in the loop again and refused to accept the order. The order is still pending and the money has been deducted from my account twice. It has been over a week since I first placed the order. This company sounds more like a big fraudulent organisation with highly disfunctional employee who disregard the customer's time and money!

I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from Mouser if they are care about their time, money & like to avoid fraud."
