"Darlene gave me an estimate,$ 6,849.00. They kept trying to move things that I told them I was leaving for friends or charity. I found out why, once loaded and locked, the only one that spoke English, told me it would be an additional $1,000!! I purchased insurance for $225.00 for $7,963 of full replacement value insurance. Almost all of my furniture was damaged upon arrival, (Nothing was marked as damaged for moving. )The arrival mover took pictures of the damages. They also told me that they didn't know how to assemble my daughter's bed and 3 shelves. ( they didn't want to take the time.) Lie number 1, I would be reimbursed for assembling these, I have not been.
I moved from a house with a 2 car garage to a house with a carport. I asked the movers to put all of the garage boxes on the dry carport until I had a storage shed installed. They put all! of my boxes, floor to ceiling floor to ceiling, in my kitchen. It took a month to get past the garage boxes to get to my belongings. I had filed a furniture claim which Elena had lied to me that I had to do within 30 days. I called to ask about the broken and stolen items from the boxes. She then told me that I could file additional claims within 90 days as well as revalued prices, but would be subject to scrutiny. I told her that I had nothing to hide. I submitted 2 additional pages. It has been 7 months and all they have offered as a settlement was $300.00 ( barely the cost of their "insurance). for a house of damaged and stolen items. I gave them pictures of every single item taken the day before the movers in pristine condition. They have threatened to close out my claim on 3/19/2016 with no settlement. I would recommend everyone stay away from these people!!!"
