"Orded from MovieMars through Amazon Problem Child 3 blu ray. After 4 days wondered when it would be shipped. On that same day of 22 October orded from a seller on EBay and it was shipped same day. MovieMars canceled it said when I put it in after I got Amazon involved but no confirmation to Amazon. Amazon did confirm it and got refund. I do not reccomend MovieMars"
"Despite some of my initial concerns (mostly based on other people's negative reviews -- I even contacted their customer service BEFORE I ordered just to try alleviating my lingering angst), I received my order yesterday and it was perfect! Shipping time may not be as fast as it is for some vendors, but that is absolutely okay in my book. The quality of my vinyl album and security of the packaging more than make up for having to wait a little longer. I think that we, as consumers, have grown far too accustomed to receiving online orders unrealistically fast. Movie Mars has an incredible selection and, for most items, the best prices out there. What's not to love? Still, I'm always a little skeptical when essentially ALL the reviews I read on a vendor are negative. It almost seems personal at that point. To be fair, some customers probably have had legitimately negative experiences (like with every business and company in the known universe), but either Movie Mars has resolved their issues, or I just got extremely lucky. Either way, I will most definitely order from them again. Thanks for being awesome, Movie Mars!

"I placed an order on Dec 1st. Asked why it hasn’t shipped yet on the 6th and “Wendy” at MovieMars said it was processing and would be delivered by the 15th. Today I get notification that they canceled my order!!! Their reason is because it won’t arrive by the quoted date. I can’t leave a review through Walmart because the transaction was canceled. Oh and it can take up to 10 business days to refund the charge. What a joke. "

"I received the Complete remastered Foyles War DVD set (value 63.51) - did not view it w/i the 30 day guarantee but soon but did soon after. Discovered it was for British DVD not USA. I sent an email requesting a US version but heard nothing, sent a second email and heard nothing, then I send the entire set back. I heard nothing back and they kept the DVD set. Complaint filed through Amazon but heard nothing back. Order ***-***-****-4377840 in case they care.

WRONG.
DHL and the USPS both say they never got the package. On the basis of somebody's else's comments here, I checked my credit card. PAYMENT REFUNDED... YESTERDAY. What happened to delivery from 2/17-22?
If Movie Mars had told me within a couple of days of purchase that they wouldn't be able to ship, and refunded my payment then, all would be well. Instead, Movie Mars chose to make an enemy for life. I will never pass up an opportunity to talk about Movie Mars and their deceitful, incompetent service."

"Movie Mars sells repackaged & defective itmes listing them as "brand new." I have had two horrendous situatuons with them & was only able to resolve the first one. I had bought two "brand new" cd's from them (two seperate orders) & both cd's are defective. The first cd did not play on any of my cd players & I was able to send it back for a full refund (Movie Mars provided the shipping label). I was lucky to test the cd about one week after I had purchased it "brand new" from them. The second cd was purchased in July & I just had an opportunity to test it a few days ago. It is severly scratched & does not play through two tracks. Movie Mars was notified about this & they informed me that they could not do anything because the purchase was made over 30 days ago. I informed them that I shouldn't have to worry about a "brand new" cd not working because I expect quality assurance to do that job for everyone. In conclusion, Movie Mars sold me a piece of trash that I'm stuck with. I will never purchase anything from them ever again. There are other cd distributors that I can do business with."
"I echo comments from another customer. I placed an order. I got a tracking number. About three weeks later I received a refund with no communication that my order was canceled or why. Now I'm unable to get my order in time from them or another vendor. "
"MovieMars is so sketch. They list items at a certain price on the Walmart site. Then, when you order it, the item just sits there unfulfilled until the expected delivery date when they cancel your order citing "We're sorry, we had to cancel your order due to a system error." But then you search for that exact item again and find it on the Walmart site and, would you look at that, it's being sold by MovieMars, though now it's much more expensive than it was when you first ordered it. Not cool MovieMars... and not the first time you've done that to me. Thanks for wasting my time twice. But lesson learned: will never purchase from you again."

"I purchased a vinyl record from MovieMars on Walmart.com as they had the best price. It said it would take a whopping 15 days to arrive, but I was okay with that. 15 days later, the order still sat on "preparing to ship..." with no information. They took a day to respond to my inquiry and said they were cancelling. Except they didn't cancel the order. They claim they had an issue at the warehouse and more were coming in and to reorder in 2 weeks. I can wait 2 weeks for it to ship, but when I offered this, they fell silent. The website says they had 3 more in stock.
So while I am waiting for Walmart to issue my refund because MovieMars is not, I decided to try to find this item elsewhere. Would you believe it... they have the same item, stock of 3 on eBay! It is clear they are selling their items on multiple platforms and when they actually sell them out, lazily offer refunds when a customer complains, judging by other comments. They lied to me and many others, and I will make sure they get none of my business moving forward."
