"Packaging could be a little better"

"The customer service representative was excellent. She understood why I would spent more on shipping than the product…..just to have it fin time for my grandson's birthday.
(We are going to see the live LION KING in June. This was to announce that event and be his gift.) The rep called me to tell me that 'for some reason' I would not get it til the 6th. She did deduct the high cost of fast shipping but, there was no surprise gift. The poster and framing are fine….the timing was not."
