"While I am still waiting to receive the posters, I will say that I was slightly disappointed with my experience with this company. It appears as though I was charged twice for my one order. They realized their error and removed the second charge. However, I was never notified of this error-I only received an email from paypal saying that my order was canceled (I of course thinking I only had one order, assumed they canceled my posters). Upon receiving this notification, I immediately went searching online for the posters elsewhere. I placed another order for the same posters only to realize I still had an order with the movie poster shop. I called to find out their return policy since I would now have 4 posters (two from them, and two from my other online order) and explained how their error caused this confusion. The lady I spoke with basically responded with "oh". I expected to receive an apology of some sort seeing as though they double-charged me in the first place. Again, I have yet to see the poster to comment on the actual quality. I can only hope they are worth all of the trouble."
