A few suggestions I had for them was to email the buyer when items ship rather than me having to contact them, and to add a way to add a greeting when sent as a gift. I shipped to someone in another state and they received it five days before they knew who had sent it and why. Kind of a fun mystery, but somewhat awkward too.
