"I had movinghelp.com send out 2 guys out last week. It seemed like a great deal, until they put through 4 charges for the service I received. They removed one of them, but it has still week and they have yet to cancel the other 2 charges. I have emailed them and their response is that "they cannot force the charges to be removed" and "they should drop off eventually". I am not in a position to wait for hundreds of dollars that I do NOT owe this company to "drop off eventually".
Horrible customer service. I will NEVER use them again and would not recommend them to any of my friends. I would, however, use their website to find the local movers and contact them directly."
"Be very careful if you use this service. I requested a move online and had no problems conducting the transaction. However, the next day I found 3 separate pending charges for my one order!!! When I called to inquire why my credit card was charged 3 times, they had no justification and said that the charges would "drop off eventually". They refused to give any confirmation in writing that I could provide to my bank to remove the other 2 holds. "
