"Received the wrong part after the customer service person recommended the part. I explained to him it would be plastic gears going into metal gears. I bought them, notified them of what had happened. After much, much, much discussion and emailing, nothing has been resolved..............my loss!! Sorry to say Covid19, undoubtedly is a factor in what happened. I believe the outcome "may" have been handled a little differently............although I still don't have the correct wheels."

"Ordered blades for lawn edger on 7/20/19. Told on back order, expect 8/13/19. Never came. Called and was told on back order, expect them shipped around the 15th, but give or take a couple of days, Never came. Called 8/19/19 was told the same thing. On back order. Told her just cancel the order and refund my money. Told she would contact finance , and when I asked her how long would it take, said she didn't know because they could be backed up. They could be backed up? I have waited for a month for them to service me as a customer. Asked to talk with the upper manager. Of course he was out of the office for the day. Asked that he return my call, NOT> Must not care about customers that much."
"All I can say is I went for it. Ordered blades for my 61" grass hopper and grease fittings that were very cheap in price that I couldn't find in any store. Both showed up in a very timely manner and the blades were NOT the cheap rip off kind.

"Ordered a simple scraper blade for an Ariens snow blower on January 7th got an email that stated will ship out in 3 to 5 days from Texas, 8 Days Later still has not shipped. Phone calls place during their stated normal business hours go right to voicemail. So far my email has also gone unanswered. Sometimes you can't go on price alone I should have checked the reviews. Next thing knew; my phone was ringing. They called to see how they could help. They said that they would get my order out immediately. They did and I received my order very quickly. "I ordered a Honda generator from mowparts with a creditcard. I reviewed a confirmation for the order. called the next day to confirm that the order went through and was told if I got the confirmation then the order was processed. the date I was supposed to receive the generator I instead received an e-mail explaining that the price was wrong and I was NOT going to receive the generator and could rebuy at a significant increase in price.

"If I had went by the reviews and not the pricing.. I would have missed an opportunity to get terrific parts at a great price!! Since most of the reviews were based on shipping or lack there of.. and the tank we ordered was on back order other places.. we decided to take the risk for the savings .. we are not sorry.. I ordered the tank on Monday and received it Thursday the same week... I had a coupon for free shipping...and the cost of the tank was well below what I found elsewhere... We can not say enough about the quality of the product we received or the time it took to get it... Mowpart goes to the top of out list for sites to order from!"
"I have been using these guys for years now and the reason is they always have the lowest price and I always receive my parts in a reasonable amount of time. I have ordered hundreds of parts from them, 85 already this year in 3 separate orders. I received all of them within a week and paid almost $100 less than I would have from their closest competitor. I know this because I always check before placing my order with them.
Do you people actually think they can keep every single part made for every piece of equipment ever made on hand, both OEM and after market? NO! And neither does anyone else. This is the very reason I use Mowpart. I ordered the most common toro wheel bearings last year from lawnmowerpros website because the price was 10 cents cheaper and i needed 80 of them. They arrived 3 months later.
Of all the hundreds of parts I have ordered from mowpart there has only been one part I had an issue with. It was a manufacturer defect and Shirley in customer service had me the replacement in less than a week.
My business depends on getting the parts I need in a timely manner at the lowest possible price and this is the reason I will always use Mowpart.com.

"Just received my order (some toro snowblower parts since my impeller broke just at the end of this past nasty winter). Placed the order on Memorial day since they had a 20% off sale. Was a bit concerned due to some of the older ratings here, but decided I wasn't in any hurry for the parts so worth the risk.
So, order placed on Monday, May 26th. Order status update on Tuesday May 26th indicating OEM order placed (my translation? They ordered the parts from Toro). Shipment notification received Friday May 30th. Package received Wednesday June 4th. Everything correct in package.
Overall very happy with both the price and speed of delivery. Obviously this wouldn't be the place to order "urgent" overnight parts from since they needed to get stock from Toro first, but for me it was fine. Their prices were lower than I could find elsewhere and shipping charges were reasonable."
"If your are in a hurry for your parts beware.
Mowpart.com doesn't indicate on their website if the parts are in or out of stock. In my case, the parts were not in stock and I had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for delivery. One would think that they would ship the parts they had in stock right away but they didn't. When I called to make an issue of all of this they offered me nothing to make up for my inconvenience.
I did get all kinds of automated emails from them stating that they were doing everything they could to procure the back ordered parts. How nice of them.
I will not be ordering from Mowpart.com again.

"Can I give MowPart a ZERO - Z E R O - Star Rating? If I could then this is what I would give them, as that is what they really deserve. They definitely hit a grand slam with their poor customer service, and literally NO knowledge of what Customer Focus and/or Customer Service is all about. I thought that being a returning loyal customer had some benefits, but evidently they could NOT care less.
I placed an order through their website on July 29, 2013, and right after I placed it, I received a couple of automated follow up eMails showing the progress/status of it, so I thought everything was running smooth and OK. Then a few hours later I received another eMail containing the unpleasant surprise that my order has been CANCELED, with the excuse that they do NOT ship to PR. For a moment I thought this was a system error, as I have previously ordered from them in the past, so I politely went back and replied to their message, asking if there was some kind of system error, the reason they might unintentionally cancelled my order, mentioning that their site clearly state the following: "Mowpart.com currently ships only to the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico"

Not only that, but I patiently waited for over a week, for my Credit Card refund to show, and because it did NOT in my Bank's statement I had to go back to them and request that my Credit Card refund was still missing, and it was then that they processed it...
I definitely will NEVER EVER AGAIN deal with this people, NOR recommend them to anyone who reads this. Just like some other customers have written here, I should have read this page before placing this last order, as evidently they lack a lot of professionalism and integrity, and had gone down the drain. They could be a good company, but apparently the people in charge to do their job as Customer Service liaisons are far from capable of taking good care of us customers. Your lack of Customer Service is EVIDENTLY lacerating your business, just keep reading the comments shown here...
Highly recommend them an intensive course of Customer Focus.
