"Do not, do not, do not do business with this company!!!!!
They have no idea what is in their warehouse, do not communicate with their customers, delay shipments, ship partial orders with no explanation, takes for ever to get a status on your order, but other then that a great organization!!
After three weeks trying to get the parts I needed I am cancelling my order and returning the partial order they finally shipped.
If this is where the pro's shop then their equipment must be broken down all the time.
One bright spot, the customer service rep was pleasant even though the service SUCKS!
I would give them lower than one star if that was possible."

"Mowtownusa sent me an item that does not work. I purchased a Husqvarna Leave Blower 570BTS and the chord to turn on the device is stuck and will not pull out to start the engine. I first contacted the manufacture, they told me to take it to a Husvarna authorize dealer in my area (there was only one). When I contacted the dealer they told me that there was a $25 diagnostic fee.
I then filed a claim with Amazon for a refund/exchange. Amazon forwarded the request to Mowtownusa. Mowtownusa told me that they have nothing to do with the defective product, and that to call the manufacturer. Once I told them that I did call the manufacture and that the dealer wants to charge a fee, they pretty much told me tough luck and would not exchange the faulty product.
The Mowtownusa rep transferred me to a person that basically told me that this was not their problem. The woman that I was speaking with seem to know how to handle my type of call all too well, as if she does it 10 times a day. She was trying her best to get a rise out of me and possibly swear in frustration (so that she could hang up on me). But I kept my composure and just kept asking why would they not just exchange the device. She hung up on me anyway. "
"I ordered a couple of parts for a Cub Cadet weed whacker. A week after I ordered I still hadn't received any kind of communication on shipping. When I inquired about my order I was told that they don't have one of the items I ordered but could order it (if I wanted ?!) and it would take another 10-15 days to get to them, THEN they could ship it to me. The site of course didn't mention any of this when ordering and it took me reaching out to them before they bothered to tell me about it.
As of now I'm at 3 weeks of them having my money and me having no items from them. "
"I ordered parts for my Craftsman's mower on 6/28. They charged my credit card the same day. In July 3rd, I still had not heard anything from them so I called. Waited on hold for over twenty minutes before I was told the order was going to ship that day....no such luck. Another five days before the USPS tracking number tells me that the have the order. Still have not seen the parts....only two weeks later...maybe today....maybe it will be right. Not confident in this one.
I would avoid these guys. Not a place to trust your needs to."
"bought parts off of Ebay from mowtown, my shipment came incomplete. I filed with ebay resolution center and mowtown replied back:The seller has responded to you and offered another solution to solve this issue.

you already emailed about missing spindles and I reshipped you the spindles tracking will be sent in morning...the actions never happened.... no parts sent, now tracking number, basically lied not to just me but also Ebay... no here is the clincher... the parent company that your money goes to after payment is lawn mower parts outlet though they are in Florida... the other names used for this company is in Kenneshaw GA....mower city, mowtown usa, worx tools outlet... all the same company and is location in Kenneshaw GA but headed up and owned by the Florida location... stay away from them, I have found lots of negative reviews on them from google search.... now after constant emails to all parties, they are fixing the problem with the missing parts.... keeping my fingers crossed..... reading these reviews for mowtown, seems they had most problems through Amazon...."

"A few weeks back, I needed four small parts for my Poulan Pro lawn tractor, and Mowtownusa was the only place on line I could find that had all four and didn't charge an excessive shipping fee. On Amazon, they are listed as a supplier and had five star ratings. I saw the bad ratings here on Reseller Ratings and that made me hesitate, but I decided to give them a try anyway. My order was made on Sunday evening, I received a confirmation that it was processing on Monday, shipped on Wednesday, and received it by 2-day priority mail on Friday. Everything was as ordered, and I am completely satisfied. "
"I don't know what's going on with these people. they don't answer online questions, they don't return phone calls, their online chat isn't online. i finally ordered parts for my Craftsman tractor anyway. Ordered on 5/23. They charged my card on 5/23, sent me an order confirmation, then credited my account on 5/28. Now, their phone has been disconnected. Out of business? Who knows. If I could find these parts anywhere else, I wouldn't even try to contact them."

Orders through Amazon always state extra days when ordering through them."
"On 9/24/12 I ordered 2 mower blades from MowtownUSA and gave
a description of blades I needed. The wrong blades were sent.
I tried to resolve the situation with the rude people at
Motown. Finally had to report them to Paypal. Paypal said
I will get a refund of only the cost of blades. The 2 ,way
shipping is nearly as much as the blades. I can't believe
a business can be so rude and unresponsive and stay in business.
I wish I had only read these other complaints before doing

"I ordered a mower cable, their part number matched the part number in my manual. I received an incorrect cable that I could not use. I emailed the company and received poor responses stating it is an exact OEM replacement. The emails never gave me a name of the person(s) responding to contact and tried to sell me a different cable, no refund or exchange on my incorrect cable. Then they quit responding to me altogether. I am left with a wrong cable. I order the same part number with another company and received the correct cable. You should avoid this place."
"Placed an order back in February for some replacement parts for a Ryobi planer. Only got half the order. I keep sending emails to find out where the rest of the order is with no response. When I call all I get is voicemail and when I go to leave a message it's full. Avoid these people. They are unresponsive once they have your money."
"Purchased and "paid" for several items. The items arrived but they neglected to ship (1) pc. of an item I had purchased. The item in question showed as quantity of 2 on the invoice and only 1 pc. on their packing list and pick ticket.
Have emailed numerous times and never received a response. Called and no one answers the phone. The only good thing is that the part they didn’t send was only $3.00.
