"For selling, I absolutely cannot recommend them. Low amounts given to sellers, overly picky about what items they'll sell (but then you'll see cheesy Carter's, Faded Glory, etc), and if they don't want to sell your items, you're out of luck -- they don't send them back.

Edited after reply from Sharon the CEO. Sharon - I do not appreciate you including my name in your reply. This site uses usernames for a reason. And thank you, but before sending in my items I did read the policies, and I'm still in disbelief over how little I received for items that including NWT high-end items. I do not find it helpful to be referred back to your policies, as that implies that I didn't read them originally. I also found the customer service representative who replied back to me after my original email to be less than stellar in terms of customer service. I think, and these other negative seller reviews corroborate it, that you leave a lot to be desired in terms of an "upscale" consignment site. Your definition of upscale is questionable and your customer service is wanting. And I'm so glad to hear that you're working on a return service now -- too late. I will never "sell" (aka DONATE) items to you again, and I cannot purchase items either because I disagree so strongly with your behaviors. "
