"Love the clothes, great selection and always delivered fast! Planned a trip to hot climate, ordered summer clothes during Fall season for the trip & they arrived on Sat before we departed the next day! Great customer service!"
"Moxie Jean is my new favorite habit. I get clothes in great condition for my toddler at a fraction of the price I'd pay for new. And I can send her old clothes in for a credit - a double bonus!"
"The clothes looked the same as in the pictures. They were clean and my children were pleased. They also got to our home very quickly!"
"I bought a few things for my 5 year old son on Moxie Jean. Even though officially none of the items I selected were "new with tags" they could have been since they looked like they had never been used. I was so happy with the quality I went back a week later and bought some things for my 8 year old daughter.

"Everything was adorable and in great condition!"
"I am writing from the perspective of being a seller to Moxie Jean. I recently read about them in Kiwi Magazine and said, "Hey, its worth giving them a shot!" We have a few childrens' consignment shops in my area, but to sell to them can be quite the hassle (they only buy what's in season, they rarely take smaller sized infant clothing, I have to drive out there one day to drop off my stuff and then wait 24-48 hours for them to process everything only to drive back to the store and find out they are willing to give me pennies for my barely used threads). The process of selling to Moxie Jean is a BREEZE! Frankly, it's almost TOO EASY! What I love the most about Moxie Jean is their TRANSPARENCY-- their website has EVERYTHING laid out for you including what you can expect to be paid. I will admit that I do wish they paid more for such quality, brand named clothing, but, for me, it sometimes boils down to the cost of convenience. By simply ordering a FREE postage-paid bag from them I was able to purge my kids' closets, drop the bag off on my front stoop to have USPS pick it up, and a week later Moxie sent me an email with an itemized list of what they bought/will pay and even an explanation of what they didn't accept and why. (I also love the fact that what wasn't accepted was going to be donated to children in need.) The "worst" part of the entire transaction is the decision to take the money and run or accept their offer of using it as store credit (+25% bonus) on their website. Their communication and customer service is simply fabulous and I will certainly sell to them again!"
"Item in perfect condition!"
"I loved everything I have ordered for Moxie Jean. Excellent quality, fit description, and you can't beat the prices. Will be a repeat customer!"
"Moxie Jean has discriminatory and dishonest business practices. Please do not attempt to sell your clothes to them.
Over the past year I have shipped a couple of bags to Moxie to Jean and they have always accepted a portion of the clothing. On October 12, 2014 I requested two mailer bags and when they were not received by early Nov I contacted them for status and received a response stating they could no longer accept any mailer bags from me. Per my last bag they did not "like" enough of my clothing to keep me as a seller. Is this blatant policy listed anywhere on their website? Not it's not, they will just claim they only accept clothes in like-new condition. The clothes I have sent to them are in like new condition but for some reason they don't seem to think so. Not only that, they thought the best way to tell me they would not be sending me anymore mailer bags was by IGNORING MY REQUEST. I suggest Moxie Jean look into their policies and post this "no mailer bag for you" policy. I eventually did receive a whiny email from "Maribeth" claiming it "costs them too much money" to process clothing they cannot sell. Well honey, isn't that the cost and nature of doing business? Maybe you need to reevaluate your procedures. I'll be following up with a complaint to the Illinois BBB. "
