"Placed order on 7/8/2004. I emailed Customer Service on 7/21/2004 to inquire about my order, I received an email back from them on 7/22/2004 (Thurs). Company said my was ready to be processed but not yet shipped.

"Good chance that shipment will go out this Saturday. Please look for shipment confirmation email. Sorry for the delay as we have been getting many past due orders shipped recently."

Received another email from Mozilla on 7/25/04 (Sun)

"Sorry for the delays. We had to process many past due orders and we know yours was placed back on July 8th. We will process your order by early in the week and you should receive a confirmation email soon."

I emailed customer service again on 8/7/04 (Sat)

"To say the least I am very dissapointed that an additional two weeks have passed and I have not received my order, a confirmation email, or at
least another email stating that there has been further delays in shipping the order out.

At this point I would like you to refund the charge on my credit card, as the time has come and gone for the reason I had purchased the item."

I received this Email back on 8/8/04 (Sun)

"We are very sorry that you have not received your order. You should have received a confirmation because it does show that it was
shipped. There have been delivery delays with the US Post Office as well. It seems to be taking our customer about 3 weeks to receive their orders. We wanted to make sure you received your order but we never imagined it would take this long to process, ship and deliver your order.
We will issue you a credit on your card by Monday. We are sorry to lose you as a customer but we understand your frustration. We hope
you come back to us and let us prove to you that we meet your needs. We are undergoing changes to ensure our customers are satisfied."

(According to this Email, I should receive a credit on my Visa card on 8/9 and "if the product was already shipped" it should be here on 8/11 (wed) at the latest."

I emailed Mozilla back on 8/15/04 (sun).

"I was curious about the status of my credit back to my Visa card as it has now been almost another week and the credit has not been made back on to my credit card. I would like to get this taken care of asap."

Product was received on 8/16/04 (Mon)(a week after it had already been shipped), Company no longer responding to Emails. Credit never received on Visa. $25 lesson learned.

Go ahead and download and use their software (it's not bad). Just don't "support" them buy actually buying anything. Definitely not a good experience with a company trying to beat out Microsoft's dominance in the browser community.
