"My experience with this company was kind of interesting. I ended up sending in a brand new out of box Nikon auto focus lens that I had purchased a few years ago, which had only been tested on a Nikon SLR body for function. The item was packaged and shipped to MPB, and within a few days after they looked at it, they gave me a value. The trade-in value was not bad, but I kind of asked them if they could give me just 10 extra dollars for the trade-in, they MPB were really not willing to move on price and we’re willing to basically send me the lens back. Based on the fact that my lens had a Nikon front cap, a Nikon back cap, a Nikon sunshade, and the original Nikon case I thought they might bend a little, but they didn’t. Not a big deal. I ended up buying a used Canon Lens. The quality on the lens that I purchased was absolutely perfect. No dings no scratches. No issues with function. Lens mount was clean. Did not show any signs of repair or abuse. The filter threads on the canon lens were perfect. Not damaged or stripped. The service quality was great. In terms of the Lens I purchased….. but sometimes trying to communicate with either the sales staff, or just someone to give me some information on a tracking number took a little while to get a response. Overall, this company is much better than the other competitors that are out there, but in someways, they’re a little tricky when it comes to customer service and trying to maybe negotiate a price. Overall, my experience was positive. I love the canon lens that I purchased, and I am extremely happy . So when all is said and done it was a great experience."

"Overall, wonderful. The only improvement would be to verify the operation of the device. The particular camera I bought was known to have a bug where IBIS failed if power was lost suddenly. That was the case with this camera, but it wasn't stated in the mpb.com product description. Otherwise, the camera was in like new condition. I also want to applaud MPB's packaging. It might be weird to say so, but it was packed like premium equipment. It makes you feel good about your purchase when they take the time and care to package it so nicely. Recently purchased something from another company and the packaging was secure, but cheap by comparison."
