Since they didn't have an affiliated company to clean the lens in LA, I would've had to ship it back and wait three weeks. I chose to exchange it for another camera, which ended up being in like-new condition and came with a case, batteries, a charger and for less than the first camera. Shipping could be faster, QC of sensor prior to shipping must be improved and customer service was okay but was only via email."

"Just be honest on grading whatever you’re selling or trading in, they’d most likely agree to it. Things to note: Make sure to take a good look of the pictures of the gears if you’re trading in because those are the exact pictures of the gears you’re getting. They would not clean them for you either. Happy customer here."
