"Bought a used Sony RX10 IV ($1700 new) for $1100 from MPB and my entire experience was awesome.

First, the camera itself works perfectly across the entire 24-600mm focal range, as well as all the in-camera functions that come with this model. The camera definitely had cosmetic damage, but I couldn't care less since none of them affect the photos or built-in camera functions.

As for MPB, two thumbs up. Their web site indicated what was missing from the original box (since it was used), which was really helpful in allowing me to purchase those items while this camera was in transit. The camera came in its original box along with the items indicated on their web site, and it was inside a much larger box with tons of padding to prevent it from being damaged by Fedex between MPB and my home. I didn't have any need to communicate with MPB since their web site told me everything I needed to know. Also, as a side benefit, it was nice not paying sales tax on this purchase since they're located in Delaware.
