"I will NEVER do business with mrhit.com again. I purchased a bat from them about a month ago. I believe the sold me a 249.00 defective bat. It sounded cracked the very 1st swing and broke at about 40 swings. I sent them an e-mail and made several phone calls to inquire about a refund/warranty. They completely ignored all my requests. I had to contact the manufacturer to find out how to do the warranty. All mrhit.com had to do was tell me to contact the manufacturer but I didn't even get that courtesy. I even told them I was going to leave negative reviews and still...NOTHING. I will never buy an Anderson product again because they allow mrhit.com to sell their products I hope mrhit.com loses their business license. You better hope you don't have an issue with what you buy from them, because your stuck with the junk you buy."

"This site is SCAM.

They sent me an shipping confirmation email. It was only electronic notification, yet they claim that they shipped my item. I waited for several days and asked what happen to my order. Mrhit.com told me they do not know what happen to my order and will gladly resend the package or refund my money. I told them to resend my package. After my request, they do not answer my emails nor take any action. I sent like 6 emails and they read all my emails, yet did not reply. Yeah I admit that they do have good ebay feedback, but those are for cheap orders. When it comes to high price order, they may scam on you. I don't give a Sh*t whether they were busy. I begged them for any reply, just any kind of respond would make me feel relieved. They did not answer and I had Paypal to review my case for refund.
