Ordering was a little different than other sites. Automatically adds 1 year warranty when you order with paypal (i know paypal takes a percentage out of paypal orders) which is only a buck. It was the lowest price arounda nd it came in about a week which isnt bad at all for free shipping. I wasnt sent an invoice but i was sent a usps tracking number the next day. This was my first order so I cant really have a huge opinion.

"Decided to buy a power supply from these guys because they had a 600watt for $47 including shipping. Used PayPal to do it on 9/11.

Got the e-mail confirmation that night no problem. UPS tracking info said delivery on 9/18 (yesterday). By 5pm yesterday no delivery, had to go take my daughter to softball, asked my neighbor to accept the package and left a note on the door. When I got home to my surprise nothing had arrived. Figured UPS had screwed up somehow and went to bed.

This morning called UPS and they tell me even though the shipper sent me tracking info they didn't get the package from the shipper until 9/16, expect delivery not today (Friday, one day late) but next MONDAY! Shipped on 9/16? That's a full 5 days after I paid CASH for this item.

Later I called UPS back just to make sure I understood. They tell me the shipper entered billing info so the tracking number would look good but didn't hand over the package until 9/16, which causes UPS's system to tell you to expect delivery on "xyz" date when it really isn't going to be there until 5 days after it has actually been picked up by UPS. In other words, they lied to me about when they shipped the product and manipulated UPS's system to back up the lie.

Calls to Mrtechus (if answered at all) are answered by a rude guy that speaks very poor English and tells you he is perfectly willing to cancel your order. They do not respond to e-mail queries at all despite repeated attempts.

No, I will not buy from them again. Far more important to me than a few bucks is being treated like a customer. Mrtechus has not treated me like a customer. They have lied to me and avoided me after taking my cash money. Period.

Edit: What I didn't say in my previous post was that I also bought a case from mrtechus a few days later. When the case showed up (at the same time as the PS, even though they were ordered days apart) and I opened the box, there were flattened boxes of other retail products (for the same PS I had ordered, interestingly) stuffed inside the box. The front panel on the case was cracked and the stand-offs were broken, and the clips on the case that retain the front panel were bent, making it obvious the case had been dropped. However the box was in perfect shape, leading me to believe the case had been removed from the box, dropped, then re-boxed for shipment. On further inspection the case had only 3 fans instead of the 4 it was advertised to have.

"Talk about getting what you pay for. This company advertises cheap power supplies, and that is exactly what they are.. CHEAP!!! I ordered a 420w from them last year, and it lasted close to a year before it died on me. This is a really short lifetime for a psu, but for the $14 I paid for it, it did it's job. So since I had decent luck with them on that, I decided to do more business and ordered their "special" on the Achieve 550w psu for $24. Well this was the totally WRONG thing to do.

I recieved the first one after a week, ordered on a wednesday, got it on a wednesday (ordered a case elsewhere on sunday w/ free shipping, got it the same day) .. so their shipping is extremely slow, but free.

Anyway, the PSU was DOA .. it did NOTHING when I turned on the power. Sent in a RMA, shipped it back, out of my own pocket of course.. and waited for the replacement. I specifically told them I wanted the replacement checked before it was shipped.. well apparently it wasn't. I recieved the new unit, put it in my system, powered it on and everything else in my room went crazy. The power supply was feeding noise or something back thru the outlet screwing up everything. Not to mention one of the 12v lines from the psu did NOT work. So now I get to RMA again and this time I am getting my money back, I will NOT wait on another faulty product from them. And I am going to demand my shipping reimbursed for the first RMA (which was $12) since I got nothing back in return except someone else's garbage.

EDIT: Well this is just great, it looks like a $24 power supply from this pathetic company ended up costing me over hundreds in damaged hardware. After removing the faulty equipment they sent me, I hooked up my backup psu again and guess what. EVERYTHING is dead. 3 hard drives and 1 burner. BIOS won't even recognize them now. a 10gb, 6gb and a 40gb .. all ruined.. all my data gone and a 24x burner. And I'm willing to bet that the original psu I sent back is what caused my 120gb hard drive to die also now that I look back on events that happened right before it died also."

"They have this little category called "free shipping" i ordered 5 case fans for $3 each, it was about 1am, about 10am the same day the order was posted with UPS, then about a week later (UPS ground is slow) i had my fans, all 5 work and they were actually more than i expected for $3, i'll deffinately shop with them again"

My psu died on a friday night so I looked around on pricewatch to order a new Achieve 550Watt psu. I did this friday night after close of business. They shipped on tuesday and gave me a ups tracking number. It arrived on monday, but did not work. I've now requested an RMA.
I asked them to cross ship, no dice. So I ordered another one. This one also arrives 10 days later also dead. So I complain with them and they give me attitude! No apology or nothing!In the mean time, no power supply for three weeks!
In the mean time the USPS has tried to deliver the dead PSU and Mr.Tech has refused to pick it up. I can only wonder if I'll ever get a refund.

"I was very skeptical about this company for a few weeks before I actually placed the order. I watched pricewatch for a while, then decided to purchase the 550W power supply that was "Thermal controlled" I felt that It was a good deal, so I placed the order and hoped it would come. After the weekend had passed (two days) I recieved an email from MRTechUS stating that they had shipped my order and they included a tracking number. After a couple days, I received the powersupply, in excellent condition and I am very happy and surprised with this company.
