I called Mr Tire and talked to Steve the manager who remembered who I was and told me to come on down and they would cover under warranty and apologized about the inconvenience. Gave me a free tire and only charged tax and the extended warranty again. I am extremely happy and I would never go any we’re else and I will advise my friends and family to do the same "
