"I was traveling for work and my car started making an awful noise. I stopped into an auto repair store to see who they would recommend. They said to go next door to Mr. Tire. I was greeted with a smile. I grabbed my stuff from my car to settle in for my wait. In about an hour, they had it fixed and ready to go. Kevin diagnosed, fixed and test drove it within an hour. I was so happy that it was not a HUGE repair nor did I have a long wait"

"I had an appointment for service between 3-4 pm and arrived at 3:55 and was told by the counterman that I was late and other cars had been scheduled in my place and the work couldn't be done on that day. So I then rescheduled the following week and thought about it and cancelled the appointment.
