Being a female in a "man's world" can sometimes be uncomfortable, but I felt very welcomed and comfortable while there. The facility was clean and friendly. The guys did a thorough check of the car and pointed out other issues that may need addressing soon but NEVER did they feel pushy. Very efficient shop."

"From as soon as I walked in until the time I drove out with my car the service I received was absolutely amazing! I walked in as a concern driver experiencing some starting issues and was worried that I was going to have to pay an arm and a leg to replace a few things wrong with my car. Rick, the manager made me feel calm and relaxed the entire process. Bonus, I didn't have to pay an arm nor a leg to have my car repaired on! Customer service at this place is great! No one loves the idea of going to a service center for cars because of the cost and the inconvenience and sometimes we let ourselves get to the best of us because it seems to happen at the worst times in life. However, I was in the shop, laughing, smiling, and having a great conversation with the employees there. I was a manager before and the service that I received from the manager here was spot on how a manager should be. I also like that with the issues I was having with my car, he explained how he has had the same issues and went further into his story about how it happened. I understand that sometimes people just want to go in and get out as fast as possible but I feel that I am one of the only people left on this planet that actually appreciates and wants a causal conversation ( doesn't have to be about whatever it is I am buying, just in general) with each place I go. This place gave me exactly what I wanted and more! My car sounds and drives as if it brand new! I thank these guys for taking such good care of my car and myself! I almost forgot to mention how FAST my car was ready. I would say 30-45 mins TOPS I had to wait. I guess I almost forgot because by the time I was finishing my causal conversation my car was ready! It's hard to find trust in certain places when it comes to your car because 99% of the time you don't know if you're getting ripped off. Not at all with this place. I now have a service center that I can TRUST, and that feeling is amazing. Thanks again! "

"About two months ago, I took my "old reliable baby" in for service. I wasn't sure (of course) what was wrong, I just knew that "she" was driving right and making noises. It took three different times in taking "her" back but I never felt taken advantaged of either time. Alex(manager) and other techs explained everything that they were doing and even showed me the old part and why it caused the noise.
I recently got routine service on my newer vehicle and got the same wonderful service as before!

"I showed up at 6:45pm Friday night to the Mr Tire location in Forsyth county, based on the local auto parts store's advice. The manager was there, and went above and beyond to help me out. I have a 5th wheel RV and one of the left side tires came apart and made all the wheel studs on that side of the axle shear off and my wheel separated from the RV. After multiple stops at other places with no hope to get me going, the manager Jim stayed after closing time and pressed out one of the studs and tried to match up with ones he had in stock, but my RV takes bigger size that he carried...so he took a micrometer for measuring rotors and found the size of mine, then went online to a website and found a couple of part numbers that might work...and he called the closest couple of part stores until he found one that had one of the part numbers in stock...we picked them up and brought them to him and he pressed them in for us himself. His desire to help me in my time of need, and his knowledge to get the right size for my RV, allowed me to put my drum back on my RV that night, which allowed us to move it from the restaurant parking lot it was sitting in. I hated thinking about it sitting overnight with no drum on it.
