"Unsuccessful transaction with them... I ordered the item on 12/10/08 to be delivered via priority mail. I had not rec'd it by 12/17 and contacted the company. The cust serv rep said he would put a rush on it but by 12/20, still no delivery. When I contacted them again, I got back an error email saying their ****@**** was not available. They claim it's available 24/7. I forwarded them the error email to ****@**** and the next day an irate person who identified himself as security phoned to accuse me of trying to receive email in his company's name. He threatened me and was generally abusive. He cancelled my order and refunded my money. I do not believe the product was ever sent. This company is extremely unreliable and downright bizarre."
