"I ordered a bearing on Wednesday morning that was listed as "In stock" and "Usually ships within 24 Hours". On the following Monday, I received all of the order except the bearing. I checked the order status and it showed the bearing as "processing". I called customer service and a guy from the foreign call center put me on hold while he looked into. He came back on after a few minutes and said he couldn't get a hold of anyone at the manufacturer, but he would keep trying and call me back. No call back after a few hours, so I ordered the bearing from another supplier and called MRO Supply back to cancel the bearing order. I spoke with a lady in Timbuktu who told me the bearing shipped 15 minutes ago and I can't cancel. I asked for a tracking number but she couldn't provide one.
The next morning I called back, and I was given a UPS tracking number that is not valid. There is still no tracking number assigned to the bearing on the order details. "

"Placed pre-paid order on April 3, 2018 with expected 7-10 day delivery from California to Tennessee. On April 10th received email stating order would ship on April 10th and another email would be sent with tracking number. Never received email with shipment tracking number. Called customer service on April 16th asking for status. I was placed on hold while MROSupply contacted manufacturer located 38 miles away from their office. Customer service told me manufacturer would ship that day April 16th and as soon as they received a shipment tracking number would send email. Nothing as of April 18, 2018. No email and No Delivery or shipment tracking number. But MROSupply was paid on April 3, 2018."
