"Very disappointing experience at this merchant. I wasn't greeted when I came in, even though there was a salesperson in the store (who admittedly was helping another customer). The woman behind the sales counter didn't greet me either, even though we made eye contact. When I asked for directions to their parts area, I was pointed in a direction but didn't receive any kind of help. I didn't end up finding the parts I needed, and since everyone working in the store seemed so unfriendly I simply left. I guess they don't want repeat customers."
