Never received the item or any communication

"They were fast to charge the credit card - never received the item or received and communication back.
Called and left voicemails, nobody picks up the phone. There is no reply to emails. They just take the money and nothing happens. Buyers beware !!

Never received item

"I ordered an item from them with expedited shipping for my husband's Christmas gift - never received the item. Called several times and no one ever picks up the phone. Same with several email attempts. I recommend you find another vendor - this one is apparently a scam and should be put out of business."

No Customer Service - No Receipt of Item

"Since there is no ZERO rating I had to give it a ONE. Ordered a crab trap back in May to take on a beach trip that has come and gone and still have not received the trap. Numerous calls and emails have not been answered however the charges showed on my Debit card the day I ordered. No Customer service and and piece of *%&^ company. Don't order anything from them. "

This company is a scam

"I wish I had read reviews about this company before I ordered. Ive been waiting weeks for my one hat to ship and it has not. I’ve sent over 10 emails and called and left messages and have not gotten any response. This company is a rip off and I’m glad that st least I paid with PayPal because I am going to file a claim against them with PayPal to get my money refunded. Don’t waste your time or money trying to get
anything from this company.

Totally Disappointed

"After readings all of the reviews given, I can say the same exact thing. Ordered two water bottles, received email saying they were shipped, haven't received anything weeks later, called the post office and they confirmed that nothing has been shipped, no one is responding to emails and phone calls. Not sure how someone received better service by contacting this company through Facebook because I am seeing complaints there as well. Definitely going to report to the Better Business Bureau. Wish I would have found this site first! "

"I had ordered a Mossy oak obsession face mask through mudd creek on the 4th of March. I got a face mask but it was not the one I had ordered. I immediately contacted them, they told me they were out of the one I ordered but were expecting a shipment in a month if I could wait. I told them I did want the one I ordered and wasn't in a hurry. Well long story short I contacted them every month to find out the status until they stopped returning my emails in July. I still haven't received the face mask I ordered and the one I did get I am less than happy with.
Save yourself the trouble don't buy from this site, even if it looks like a good deal. Spend a little more money and order from a reputable online vendor these guys are scam artists.

"Terrible service. Order placed and paid for on 08-03-15 , and they created a shipping label on 08-05-15 , and sent me an e-mail saying my product had shipped. That was a deliberate lie. The package still has not actually shipped as of 08-14-15 , which the USPS tracking history clearly shows. Of course, no response to the e-mails I sent to this seller asking for an update, and I was not notified of any backorder or delay on the item . Read the other reviews here, it seems to be standard operating procedure with this company to lie about shipping dates and avoid e-mails when customers realize weeks later that nothing has actually shipped at all.

This place sucks, you should avoid them at all costs.

"Same as previous complaint from last person. I sent emails, left phone messages, no response, no nothing regarding Order #15655 for fishing reels. A label was actually creating weeks ago with no further activity. I keep sending emails and calling long distance. A voice mail answers instead of a human being. the label number sent to me (USPS (Priority Mail) but no activity for about 2 weeks"

"I ordered two saltwater telescopic fishing rods from Mudd Creek on June 1, 2015. On June 11, 2015, it was allegedly shipped by two-day Priority Mail. When my order had not arrived within the two day window, I attempted to call them on either June 18 or 19, 2015, only to be instructed to leave them a phone message with my order number, my E-Mail address, etc., which I did. I then sent them an E-mail by way of their website. When I attempted to track my order with the alleged tracking number provided by them, the U.S. Postal Service tracking site indicated there was no such tracking number! As of today, June 23, 2015, I have heard absolutely NOTHING from Mudd Creek!!! I am leaving the USA on July 1, 2015, for an extended fishing trip in the Greek Islands. If the saltwater rods do not arrive prior to my departure on July 1, 2015, then I have obviously wasted my money. These people have no idea the meaning of customer service!!! I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Interstate Commerce Commission. As far as I am concerned, the business license for Mudd Creek should be revoked IMMEDIATELY!!!!"

"I ordered 4 water bottles for memorial day weekend camping trip on may 1st 2015. On the 6th of may I received an e-mail stating that they had sent out the package and they gave me a tracking number. Was a little irritated that it took that long, but oh well I thought I was getting a great deal. I waited until monday when I went to work (By the way I work for USPS as a Postmaster) and checked on the status, because since it had shipped priority it should have been there by now. That is when I saw that they had printed up the label, but never put the package in the mail stream. I attempted to call them, but was instantly sent to their voice mail, and told that it would be faster to e-mail their customer service. So I did. I told them that I had not received the package and that the tracking said that a label had been made, but the package hadn't shipped. According to their website they will contact you within 24-48 hours. After no contact or e-mails from them by 14 may I attempted to e-mail them again, repeating the substance of the first e-mail to them. When I got no answer I opened a paypal a complaint with paypal. I finally got a generic message from them saying that it was pretty much the postal services fault as they had recently closed several hubs in the area and that the package now has to go to salt lake city...blah, blah, blah. I told them I needed this asap, as I had ordered it that early to ensure it was here before our camping trip. Didn't hear anything again until this morning where they again blamed the postal service, would love to help, more of the blah BS. I sent them another message through pay pal that I work for the postal service and that I knew they had never shipped the package, so they either needed to send me it overnight or refund me my money. Received an e-mail tonight wanting to know if I wanted them to reship it or not. DUH I thought I was pretty specific in my e-mail to them. I sent a reply and told them to overnight it or return the money. I will never do business with this company ever again. If I could give negative stars I would. Bunch of criminals"

"Same as the other guys experience
DO NOT buy from this place. Ordered gun cleaning kit over a week and half ago, USPS hasn't even received the package, yet the set up a shipping label. There is no number to call and the one I did find just go to fax machine.
SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE and buy from a reputable business. I do allot of internet shopping, but count this one OUT.

"This merchant sells good products at reasonable prices but I did have some issues around customer service. It seems there was a bit of a mix-up regarding email communications; hard to tell where the error occurred, The result was that they seemed impossible to get a hold of. I ended up contacting them through Facebook and finally scored a connection. The merchant does, however stand behind the business and was more than willing to make things right once we establish a good line of communications. Bottom line is that I will do business with them in the future."
