"I was given an incorrect master card for an interactive key, when it was supposed to be for an interactive+ key many years ago. For their online purchase, they require the number as well as a photo of the card. They cut and sent out keys to me but it didn't work because of the incorrect interactive+ key.
I tried to reach out to support but they didn't have a phone contact. They did respond to their online form and cut two additional keys to ship out without an additional charge. The keys ended up working perfectly. Thank you for the great service!"
"Seller is actually a small hardware store "Frankson Hardware" located at 439 Kings Highway in Brooklyn, New York. You can see a picture on Google Earth. Shipping times and processing times were not accurate on my order. Placed an order for over $300 with a site listed 3-5 day processing + shipping time and description of "usually ships in 1-2 days". On day 13 and the order had not been processed. When I called, the individual on the phone said that he is "at the mercy of the warehouse". He then said "it will ship tomorrow" and blamed it on the "week long holiday". When I asked him to contact the warehouse he asked me "why?" and said he would send me an email tomorrow. To add insult to injury I actually paid for expedited 3 day shipping! Update: Order arrived today on day 15. I suggest you confirm with them before you place the order if it will really ship on time. They need to do a better job on estimated shipping time."
"I bought from this website twice already. They have products in finishes that nobody has. I bought mortise cylinder and deadbolt in black finish. They even made them with the same key, as I asked. I am very happy."
"Product is perfect but ship processing is very slow. You pay for 2 day ship but it takes a week or more to turn around. Why pay for expedited shipping. I still returned for more items but they were also very slow ship, more than a week and then I got the Friday afternoon "It's shipped" which means pickup on Monday afternoon...net 2 weeks from order to delivery."
"Not very good customer service, I bought the best lock on the market but the customer service at this place sucks! Spent 300 bucks on locks and one has an epic failure, mul-t-lock-online says send the lock back and we will look at it, then we can figure out what happens next. Not good. I am supposed to put some crap lock on the door for god-knows-how-long while they figure out what to do? I think I made a mistake by using these guys"
