"i ordered some ammo and a few other items and received a confirmation email that the order was received. a day or two later i received another email saying the order was cancelled. my credit card was not refunded however. i sent an email with no response asking to refund my account or explain what was going on. a couple more cancellation emails came with no more information or no refund.

i submitted a dispute with my credit card company who said munire/ammolist provided proof the order was shipped via the USPS. the post office does not ship ammunition though. never heard anything back from munire, but submitted another dispute and my credit card company removed the charge.

seems like they tried to ship "something" and charge me for my original order, but i never received anything. would not recommend or order again from them."

"Ordered 20 boxes of 500 22lr ammo. They ran credit card same day 06/15/18 kept waiting for the ammo to arrive. Got tracking number and tracking says I received my ammo on July 9, 2018. I did not receive any ammo. Some envelope. NO AMMO. Filed claim with cc company Synchrony and filed as fraud with the USPS inspector general. Was told by USPS the package delivered only weighed 1 oz. Hardly the 50lbs of ammo I was expecting. Save yourself time, frustration and your money by not buying here."

"Quite the scam they have, sending a useless charity flyer instead of the ammo I ordered and confirmed, Post marked from an Ohio address, not their actual Texas address, to create a tracking paper trail for the credit card company. That's mail fraud and credit card fraud rolled up into one.

Just an FYI, Sutter Ammo over in Conroe, TX is the same scammer/fraud behind munireusa[dot]com.

"I ordered ammunition from this company in February 2018. In April, I was notified my ammo was being shipped via UPS. They sent me a copy of the order clearly saying UPS cost $18.08. They sent me a tracking number which turned out to be a US Post Office first class tracking label. When the "ammunition" arrived, it was somehow hidden in a plain business envelope. Say what? I told the postman it was supposed to be three boxes of ammo and he said ammo is NOT delivered by the Postal Service. I got on the phone, email, anything I could to MUNIRE and as others have stated, got no response from anyone. I contacted my credit card company "Synchrony" (another rip off by the way) and they conducted an investigation. In early July, synchrony sent me a letter from a man named Mark Sutter saying the package was delivered and that was that. I then sent both entities a copy of the original bill showing UPS charge, a picture of the empty envelope with a USPS first class $4.25 tracking label, and a postmaster citing that ammo could NOT be sent through the Postal Service. That was 10 days ago and as of 7/18/2018, I have not heard a word from either entity despite Synchrony fraud service saying they return all calls within 48 hrs. I have also made four calls. This is a calamity of epic proportions. This company is LESS THAN ONE"

"Ordered from MunireUSA, they took payment, no update for days. Then an email claiming the ammo was water damaged from Hurricane Harvey and that I would be refunded. They sent the same email to like 300 other people. Then it showed order shipped via USPS from Ohio--come to find out they shipped me an Alzheimers pamplet so they could steal my money and fight a chargeback with the bank--as they still had not refunded my CC after a week and a half. Same happened with the other 300 or so on the email that they accidentally CCed all of us on--so we were all aware of how many people they had just scammed. Total scammers and liars. Horrible experience. Avoid at all cost."

"These clowns charge credit cards before shipping, cancel the order, then don't refund. They were stupid enough to send out a mass cancellation notice to all of their customers in a singe email! Had to file a fraud claim with my bank. Avoid this company. "

"Company is selling items that show in stock. After a few weeks of trying to get in contact with them they send out a blanket statement to everyone that order in a single email stating that hurricane Harvey damaged there stock, its 06/24/2018, they should have found that damaged stock along time ago.

I am also not a fan that they sent out a blanket email to everyone effected now 1000 people have my email address.

They keep telling me they will issue a refund but they still haven't I have turned them into Visa for card protection.

I would advise to stay away from this company unless you like giving money away."

"I made an order two months ago. After MULTIPLE attempts to email, submit service tickets on their website and multiple phone calls, I've had ZERO response from them. They don't answer any form of communication. They were extremely fast to process payment. After that, everything came to a halt. Now I have to contact my bank and the BBB as well as spend as much time submitting reviews as possible to make sure no one else gets taken for a ride like I did. "

Munire USA's customer service responded only sporadically and only after several days' delay, saying they would either re-ship or refund my order after they got an answer to their claim with the shipper. The shipping company denied their claim, so they went back on their word. I've tried to contact them three times in the several weeks since then but have gotten no response. I'm waiting on a BBB complaint to be resolved as we speak."
