"Mike is a joke. The dude must have a wife at home that intimates him, that’s the only reason I can think as to why he feels the need to belittle women!!
I ordered a mural for my business!!!!!! And becuse my business address didn’t match my billing, I had to call my bank and change my freakin address so he would send the dang mural! Then when I did that, and all was said and done, this pos told me the address was still wrong and that he wouldn’t do business with me!
Y’all, I’m not making this crap up. This dude mike has some serious power issues. As all the reviews are stated below, if that business is going to thrive, they should boot mike to the curb!
He’s arrogant and has little communication skills. What business makes your shipping address be the exact same as your billing????? Makes no sense whatsoever.

"I have bought several murals from the Mural Superstore and love them. We have several in our home and our retail store. they have been up for over three years with no probles, whether they are self stick or pasted up. iMPORTANT, you need to have the walls properly sized as if you were hanging wallpaper which this essentially is. As for the self stick we have some on our retail store's walls, even though the walls have "orange peel" they have remained on the walls for over 3 years. LOVE this product and are getting more for our motor yacht. After reading the reviews, is obvious that some of the customers did not follow directions when installing."

"Ordered the self sticking mural. it was a small one so I thought that would be fine. turns out the adhesive used on them is strong enough to hold anything. It fell after only a few hours on the wall and stuck to its self. When I called the company the guy blamed it on me. Said I didn't prep the wall correctly. I have installed 100s of feet of wallpaper in my life with no problems. The problem is with their crappy product and poor customer service. Never order from these people."
"I bought a peel and stick mural from muralsuperstore.com. Received it 2 days after placing the order on a Sunday. WOW! that’s fast! It took my daughter and I less than 10 minutes to put it on the wall. You really have to read the instructions though or else you’ll get it stuck to itself. Which is what happened to us but we just pulled it apart and were able to put it on the wall easily. We didn’t have to use anything but our hands either…no paste or brushes or anything…which was really nice! The picture is reeeaaaally clear and detailed too! The instructions say we can move it to another wall whenever we want which is good incase my daughter gets tired of it and wants something else instead. Thx… Sylvia"
"We've bought 3 murals from muralsuperstore.com so far. All three went up easily and we received them really fast.We ordered the transformers from another website and they called us 5 days later to say it was backordered. Then we called muralsuperstore.com and they said they had 14 in stock. We ordered it from them and got it 2 days later. we put up a transformers the bumble bee mural for my Son as a surprise for his birthday. Now my Daughter wants the Sesame Street mural. "

They will not stand behind their products, finding any little excuse to refuse to do so.Their installation instructions say different things in different places, giving them an "out". Also, their "sales manager", Dan, is the most inconsiderate, rude, and unprofessional business person I have dealt with in many years. He had me fuming!

"I ordered "Poet's Walk" from this store. It arrived in a timely manner. We just finished remodeling our home and save a special place for this mural. We mixed the pasted and applied it according to their instructions. When we picked up the panel to apply it to the wall it completely disendergrated into pieces. I have been an Interior Designer for 35 years. I have never seen a this happen. I have registered a complaint with the company. I will post their reply and their actions when I hear from them. Until then...BUYER BEWARE....very poor product."
"I am the purchasing coordinator at Macy's and we order from them all the time. We feature their murals for our seasonal displays. We have only had one issue in the past 7 years and even that was the fault of UPS and not muralsuperstore.com. They handled it quickly and professionally.
I've been in retail for over 20 years and believe me - if you sold 1000 people an ounce of gold for 1 dollar, at least 2 of them would find something to complain about!

"Extremely disappointed with this company. First, their "IN STOCK" quote is not accurate. I waited a few days and no email advising me of the tracking information. I called and was told they sent an email that it was on back order. I got no email. (He said to check spam and I did. There was no email.) I was then advised shipping would be by manufacturer May 10th ..I emailed them May 13 when I had not heard from them.I got a call advising me now the date was May 24th. I advised them I would look at website and let them know. I found another company who had the mural I like so I ordered that. Now, 3 emails later and a phone call in which now they cannot locate me by name or phone number? to get a refund. I will never order from this company again and am still trying to get a refund~!
My review part 2: Today I called the company with my order number. I spoke with Jeff Tuma, customer service rep/owner who was belligerant! He proceeded to call me names for this complaint and state it was for nothing because he issued me a refund. When I informed him It was not there as of yesterday and he had not acknowledged my request after 3 days of attempts and in fact did not acknowledge me on Monday when I called because I did not have an order number. Yet he knew who I was to request a refund. Case closed here. Off the wall Superstore. PS Sunshine Wallcovering is same owner. I am always for the small business owner. Not for this one! Do not deal with the headache of this owner! PS Jeff, if you read this, it is a good customer service policy to acknowledge a customer on the 1st request 2nd even 3rd request, when issueing a refund. Refunds to credit cards have a processing time, the customer does not know a refund is issued unless the company tells them it is. It will not appear on the credit card end for up to 3 to 7 days!
