The owner called me and kept in direct contact through text message, resent the package with expedited shipping (without me asking at no additional cost). My understanding is the company is under new management and I was very satisfied with the customer service I was provided. "

"I have read the negative reviews and experienced similar frustration with my first order. I have since found out the company was changing ownership and apparently it was ugly for a while, I had cancelled my order, email went unanswered, phone went to voicemail that was full, no response, I thought this place sucks. I then was contacted by Brad after my son ordered a product I didn't know about, I sent the item back and after a few months had forgotten about the refund ( PayPal takes forever) I was contacted by Brad out of the blue and asked if I received my refund, when I checked and told him no, I had the money the next day. I have had numerous conversations with Brad via email over a few months and never waited more then an hour for a response. The company has earned my business based on his response and integrity. If you haven't used them in a while give them a shot, they definitely deserve the business. "

I sent three emails explaining the situation before I ever received an email back. I explained my situation but never received an email back. I have since then sent three more email but still I haven't gotten an email back. I was still charged the full amount even though I only received half my order. "
"Had a little delay with my shipment but Muscle Freaks made up for it by sending me free products with my order. Had to wait 2 weeks but I'm very happy and prohormones are getting hard to get so I understand.

I placed an order on 2/15 and have yet to receive my product. It states on the website that my order shipped 3/2, but still nothing. They do not respond to voicemails, they don't answer the phone, emails get kicked back , messages via their website go unseen. The money was withdrawn from my bank account on 2/17, so I am seeking a refund via the Better Business Bureau. It also states on the BBB website that they believe the company is now out of business because they can't get any response as well. "
