"The catalog depicts a range of desirable toys.. we ordered Christmas presents for our granddaughter only to discover (6 days before Christmas ) that those items were on backorder - and had been at the time we placed the order - no mention of that on the order confirmation - and they had no idea when they might be available. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
we cancelled and found items at other suppliers"

"Love your products even if on the more "pricier" side. Your shipping and handling on the other hand is despicable! Even if you think you find a coupon, there is no where on the site to enter it. The astronomical shipping costs make me think twice about ordering from your website. If I could find it elsewhere, I would order it there."
