The customer service rep i spoke to verified compatibility with motherboard and had the sale done within a 5 minute period. Shipped in a small plastic pillow suspended in the middle, which is probably the best shipping method possible for delicate hardware. I ordered memory that should run at 2-3-3 and thats exactly what i got. Will order again when needed."

"2:2:2 Memory won’t run at 2:2:2. I bought the 1GB Dual Pack (2x512) PC3200 DDR 222 Special and the machine would not even boot with both memory boards in the motherboard. The motherboard is an Intel D865PERL and on the Mushkin motherboard qualification page it indicated that there were no applicable notes on this board. But, if I had read further I would have found out that the memory “may not work”. If it doesn’t work they should have put something in the notes section. After lowering the latency in the bios to 2.5:3:2 it is working. I have bought memory from Mushkin before and had no problems. The 222 memory is now listed as “discontinued”. I admit that it was my fault for not reading all the information available before purchasing the memory. If there had been applicable notes, I would have read them. Instead, let the buyer beware, seems to applicable at Mushkin because it “may not work” and you “may” find that out if you read their entire web page."

I purchased several 256MB PC2400 Ram Modules from Mushkin, used them for some time, and after a year or so one of them went bad.

I E-Mailed them asking if I could get a replacement, they mailed back quickly asking for my original invoice, I mailed back that I didn't have one, they mailed me back asking for my current address. I gave it to them and heard nothing for a few days. I thought they just forgot about it. Boy was I wrong. I received my replacement priority shipping.

Unlike some overpriced sticks of ram, you WILL get you money's worth in gold when Mushkin DDR ram is concerned.
