"I ordered Symphony of Voices (AKAI) from them on Saturday (at the lowest price anywhere, BTW at $469.40), and selected standard ground shipping. Now from looking elsewhere on the 'net, this is frequently a special-order item. From what I could tell, it did not state this at their website, but then again I didn't look as thoroughly as I could have since I was so please with the price. On that following Thursday (Jan. 29th) I received an e-mail notifying me that my order had shipped. From this I surmised that my order would probably not reach me until the middle of that next week. Much to my pleasant surprise, my order arrived that very next Monday (today, Feb 2nd).
I really don't have anything bad to say about these folks, and I think they run a good website and I'm perfectly pleased with my purchase experience. I'm not quite sure why the overall rating here seems so low, they seem like one of the best on-line sources for digital sound products to me and I can definitely recommend them. Especially since they offer alot of additional info for beginners on their site and they have some of the lowest prices you'll find."
