"I ordered an Edirol USB audio interface from these bozos on Tuesday through Amazon payments. The site is emblazoned with free shipping claims, but they tacked on $12.95 for S&H. Still would be cheaper than any established source, so I decided to proceed. Big mistake! They charged my card immediately, then sent an e-mail (with a non-replyable account) two days later saying the item is out of stock and they had to "cancel" the order. But they haven't canceled the charge. Now I have to go fight with them. My advice: never buy from this place unless you can get them to ship the item before you pay."

"I bought a Roland TD-4K drumkit bundle from this website. This is the only site that offered me a better deal than any other site. This drumkit was bundled with a Dixon Drum throne, Ziljian drm sticks, yamaha head set and Gibralter kick pedal and all this for 939$. So price wise this was the best price I could find. Kraft music came close to 1090.

Customer care: I left a voicemail and they called the next day and helped me to order through phone. They said the kit will be shipped that day and it did. I received the fedex tracking number later that evening.

The kit was in excellent condition, but there were no head phones along with the kit, so I called them back and they sent me the head phones the very next day.

I had an excellent experience with this site and I will refer this site to anyone who would ask me. Pricing is excellent and their service matched up to it.

"Seller called the day after and requested additional shipping fee! DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS STATED IN THEIR WEB PAGE. DO NOT TRUST THE PRICING ON THEIR SITE. The item was not even a pound in very small box. I requested to cancel the order but the seller would not refund the payment. I'm filing case now. What an unnecessary waste of time to save $1.34.. and hang up of my $39.

Time to go back high-rated reliable outsource..

"I ordered a dm5 drum kit along with a free stool, bass pedal, trigger and cymbal trigger, on a Sunday. On Monday i received an email saying it was invoiced and shipped. I never received a tracking number online but I received the product that Thursday. It was in good condition. Overall I am happy but i do wish that i could have at least followed the tracking to avoid the 3 or 4 days of nervousness. So to break it all down:

1. Ordered on Sunday
2. Invoiced and shipped on Monday
3. Received in good condition on Thursday
4. Never received tracking number to track product.

"I ordered Yamaha P85 digital piano and I recieve everything on time except musicians buy mailed me that the padle had been delayed(for several weeks). It should notify the buyers before we order. "I purchased a YPG625 keyboard that costs $800, but they shipped a YPG525 that costs way less (maybe about $400-500). When I called them, they laughed and said "Hahahaa... those really look alike" and NO APOLOGY!!! Then not only they refused to speed up the shipping of the correct item (for example, an overnight shipping... to make up for their mistake and to show good gesture towards a customer), but they refused to ship my item until they knew that the wrong item was on it's way back to them, and since this is a Friday, the earliest Fedex could send it back to them is on Monday, and I would have to wait for almost another full week to get my keyboard (and remember that they already cashed my money!!!!). I am paying $45/hr for my son's piano lessons and he is not practicing because these idiots don't know how to do their job, and even worse, aren't willing to try to make up for it. They said it's their "policy" not to send the correct item until they get the wrong item back. I have never heard anything more stupid than that. Well, why don't they make it a policy 1. Not to screw up people's order, and 2. to honor their customers and make the customer's convenience a priority, ESPECIALLY if they have screwed up the order.

These people may sell for $50 less than other vendors for the item that I wished to purchased, but I would suggest that saving $50 is not worth the trouble and the disrespect they show you. I would NEVER purchase anything from MUSICIANSBUY, and I suggest that you DON'T either.

I ended up cancelling the order, and now I have to re-pack the wrong keyboard, and take the huge packages myself to Fedex, since I wasn't willing to skip work and sit outside my porch from noon - 7pm waiting for Fedex to come and pick it up. And, I would rather pay $50 extra and I would have a better chance of receiving my order sooner... or better yet, I would have a better chance of receiving my order, period.

"Although I had to wait a little longer than expected since my stratocaster had to be shipped from the factory, I am very satisfied with my purchase from Musiciansbuy. For $399 I received the new, factory fresh guitar, a free fender tuner (worth $20), a free fender strap (worth $13), and a free fender cable (worth $13). So the guitar cost me only $354, no tax, no shipping. This is lower than any local or internet store. I called them a few times to check on my order and always got a live person to check the status for me, and they were as helpful as possible. Also, they did not charge my credit card until the item was actually shipped to me and they promptly provided a tracking number. The whole process took 3 weeks, but I prefer to wait a little for a factory fresh product rather than one that has been hanging in a music store for months and handled by countless people. I recommend Musiciansbuy and will not hesitate to order from them again. "

"I'm feeling that I had a lucky break in my transaction with this outfit. I ordered a digitial piano, headphones, and bench bundle; with the extras, the price for the piano was competetivie. I had found another seller offering only the piano and headphones for about $40 less without a bench. However, the bench in the offered bundle looked nice, so I figured I'd give them a shot -- the bench alone would save me $80-150 dollars.

Sad to say, the day I ordered, I received an email that the bench was backordered and they would ship when it became available again. So far, so good. The very next day, they emailed me that the final piece (the bench) in my order had shipped. When the bench arrived, it wasn't the one advertised. (They are still offering the same bench in this bundle). The bench they actually sent has an attractive finish, but is spindly and tall; it looks like it was made for a toddler. I'm short (under 5'5") and even I can't use it without slouching over the keyboard, and my feet don't reach the pedals.

I emailed the company asking for a correction. They didn't respond. I emailed again; they didn't respond again.

I must say, thank goodness the piano itself was right and in new condition, since they apparently don't bother with after purchase support. When the time to upgrade comes, I won't even consider Musician's Buy.

"Preordered on 3/28 a Yamaha YDP213 digital piano for the lowest price found on internet. Item was scheduled to be available on 4/1.

To my surprise, I got a shipping notification on 3/30 and received it on 4/4. The piano arrived in a huge box packed full of foam peanuts. Everything arrived in great shape. Both promised freebies (headphone and a CD-ROM) were included. Kids love the new piano.

All in all, a great experience and highly recommanded.
