"I ordered 2 shirts to sample their quality. My intention was to purchase about 20 more for my employees. The payment was completed in March 2021 at which point I received an order confirmation that stated I'd receive my order in 4-7 business days. I have never received my order and attempted to contact the company to address the oversight but, all attempts to contact them either by phone or email have been unsuccessful. I have sent emails and left several voice mail messages. Each time I call the number listed on their website it goes straight to voice mail with the same prerecorded message that begins with "Today we updated about 200 orders that had the status of awaiting payment to paid. all of these orders were several years old." It has been 6 months and I have yet to receive my order or get a response from anyone affiliated with the company. I'd like to review the quality of the product but after accepting my money they still haven't sent anything."
"Been almost a month, still havent received my order. Absolutely ZERO human contact on their end. No email replies, no calls or texts back. Do NOT spend money here because they have no problem taking it. "
"I placed a $850 dollar order in Oct and have not recieved any products or responses to my numerous emails. The shop used to be good and now I have no Idea what is going on other that they had no problem cashing my check."
"I have made several orders from MutinyShop.com and have always been satisfied with the product I have received. It sometimes takes a little longer to receive the items than from a shop with already made, one size fits all patches, however, they have never exceeded the stated lead time to custom make my patches. I have ordered "stock size" and "custom size" patches from small to large size and have not had any issues. They vinyl patches they sell now are very durable and put up with a lot of abuse that I dish out.
I continue to do business with Mutiny Shop because of the quality and price and will do so for the foreseeable future."

"Every order I placed ships after a few days. They have live chat available all the time where they do graphic design for free, let you know when your order will ship, etc. I can't imagine how you would have a bad time with this business."

I've spent the last 3 months trying to get a replacement or a refund. I just keep getting the same apology email and nothing is ever done. Save your money this is a scam. "

"I placed order #8388 on December 15th and paid for faster shipping. I got an email on the same day saying XL were out of stock and would be in by Friday the 19th or Monday the 22nd. I've left 3 voicemails and 3 emails asking for a status since then and explained in each one that I had a big event TODAY (Jan 5th) that I needed the shirts for. Still no one has contacted me. Some common courtesy in customer service would be appreciated. At this point, I just want my money back and will get the shirts from your competitors...which I would have done had I known this is how I would be treated. Holidays or not, a simple email response with a status would have gone a long way. I would not recommend this business and I will not use them again. Now, how long will it take to get my money back?"
"Mutiny shop is the biggest let down of any company known to mankind and they take your money and dont bother to send your goods to you.They never answer any emails but take your money and I would highly recommend thay you avoid this company like the plague.I have nothing but utter disgust for mutiny shop and wont even give 1 star as they are that pathetic."
"This patch company has horrible customer service. They never reply to email inquiries about my order and when they do, they give me lies. They tell me my order has been shipped and provide me a bogus deliver confirmation number from USPS.
They say orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 days. It's been almost a month and still haven't received my order. "
