"I placed an order with muttmart in June and paid $109. The order was never delivered and the company does not respond bo phone or email requests for delivery or a refund. This company seems to have a history of doing this. They are located in Nevada. I will actively pursue this. If it is ever delivered I will post that also here. Janice"

"Do not buy from Mutt Mart! I ordered an item the first of June and still have not received the item. They do not respond to email or do not answer the phones. I received a note from them asking how our dog was enjoying the item - that I never received. I responded and still nothing, that was about 10 days ago.

"I would highly recommend NOT buying anything from this company! I placed an order with Mutt Mart over Amazon.com on 6/19/08. It is now 7/16 and the product has not arrived. I have sent three emails and no response. If you go to their website, they specifically state that there is no phone number you can call to check on an order status. BUT, they will take orders over the phone!! They say if you send an email they will respond within 48 hours. I sent three emails over 2 weeks ago and STILL NO RESPONSE and NO PRODUCT. I did receive an email a while ago stating the product was shipped and would be delivered between June 25 and June 30. Since that was over 2 weeks ago, I highly doubt that the product will be arriving any time soon. "
