"I placed an order for a motherboard on 6/15/2011. They did not ship it until 6/22/2011. There was no notification or any form of contact from their end to let me know it would be delayed, so I initiated contact.
I get the feeling they are either understaffed or lazy as they don't respond to e-mails in a timely fashion. I had to basically e-mail them using their contact form and multiple e-mail addresses to finally get a response. It seems to take them a few days. Here is one of my e-mails to them...
"I've been trying to reach you regarding order status for my order, Order #6425 made last Wednesday. I would be grateful for a response...thank you."
I did get a response to their credit eventually (short and with no apology). Shortly after getting that response, I requested they cancelled the order. Then they conveniently sent me a "shipping" notification," on 6/21 (of course, they actually shipped it the next day instead on 6/22).
I sell on eBay, and one of the things I take pride in is shipping things out same day or if payment was sent late in the day, the very next. If I can't, the buyer deserves to be filled in on when their order is going to ship or I deserve some form of negative feedback for neglect. Mvix USA obviously doesn't share that belief based on my experience.
I noticed there aren't any reviews on this company, which is why I wanted to write one. Hopefully, they will try to improve their CS and order delivery if they decide to read this review."
