"Several weeks ago, I called MWave to place an order. It was a Thursday about mid-day and I needed the items the following day. The lady with whom I spoke indicated that she could not guarantee that my order would be shipped that day. All items showed as they were in stock and she concurred. I pressed the issue and then asked to speak with her supervisor. BTW, she was very courteous. Within a minute or so, Sergio, her supervisor came on the line and repeated that there was no guarantee that the order would leave that day. I then told him that I did not wish to pay for overnight delivery if the order would not arrive until the following week. He then said that he would personally pull the items from the shelves, to make certain that everything was, indeed, in stock. He would then box it and call me back. Sergio then, as promised, called back within 30 minutes telling me that the order was ready to go and would go out that day so that I would receive it on the Friday. The bottom line is that the lady with whom I spoke told me the truth, not what I wanted to hear, and Sergio went way out of his way to make certain that I had my order the following day.

Lastly, I should say that I have dealt with MWave for over 4 years and have NEVER been disappointed. MWave will continue to be the first choice when purchasing computer components. As everyone knows there are other sites offering lower prices but, generally speaking, those lower prices are being offered by fly-by-night outfits, which often take your money without delivering the goods. I, for one, will pay a bit more for the knowledge that I will indeed receive my order as promised."
