I would say if there was an area that needed improvement, it would be the shipping and handling. I understand that S/H involves more than the actual shipping cost, but I felt the expense that I put out for the response in shipping time was excessive. "I ordered a replacement bulb for my projector and an IOMEGA 250gb portable hard drive. They were shipped quickly, and I received them in a reasonable amount of time. The drive works perfectly though it came with no documentation. The wiring harness on the bulb was broken. I asked them to just send me another harness, but they said they cannot (unlike overstock.com who will do stuff like that). They wanted me to ship them the bulb back for them to review to see if it could be replaced. I didn't want to wait all that time to be without my projector at the holidays, so they offered to refund my money. I am out the $7 shipping they charged, but they are paying for return shipping. They will not refund the money till they have inspected the product. "

"I purchased an extra 2GB of RAM that matches the first 2GB that I already had. They are high speed Corsair DDR2 800 (TWIN2X2048-6400C4 XMS2) sticks that run at 4-4-4-12. Hard to come by; Vendors advertise this, but when I go look, they are the slower 5-5-5-15 sticks. I had to do some searching. Mwave had good reviews and this is my first buy from them. It was delivered via UPS. I plugged them in and ran a memory test overnight with zero errors.
