"I ordered a gift form my son on October 14. When It was not received by Nov 16, I checked the status of the order online. I found out that the order was not processed. I called and was informed that the company will only ship to the address that is the same as the billing address. So much for sending someone a gift. I then asked why my credit card was charged on Oct 18 which was four days after the order was stopped. I was told that even though the order was stopped, they had no way to stop the charge. I am now awaiting a credit to my bank account. "

"Product arrived on time and in great condition. I had ordered another blu ray player from buy.com in September and the package arrived ripped and damaged due to no overpacking. Mwave shipped the blu ray player in a larger box with stuffing so there was no damage to the actual blu ray package.
