On Feb 6,2012, I placed an order through Price Grabber for a three terabyte Hitachi Touro external hard drive, listed by MWAVE.com for $79.99. With tax and shipping was $94.92 charged to AMEX.

They shipped another hard drive (500 magabyte) that same day that arrived at our house the next day. I sent e-mail to them my request for a return authorization number. They indicated they'd make a determination by the next business day. I attempted to contact them three times by phone and was cut off. Multiple e-mails and have had no response as of today Feb, 16th.

"I ordered the item on Wednesday, Feb 8. I checked the online order status on Monday, Feb 13 and it showed the item as not shipped. I then chatted with the online support and online support said the item had shipped Feb 8 via USPS but no tracking number was available. Later that night (Feb 11), I received an email from Mwave stating the item just shipped today via UPS. Terrible communication from Mwave.com throughout the order process."
