"These guys really bad. I ordered two Lenovo laptops E530 from their Web site and they charged the credit card, but delayed shipment on the count that my billing address was different from the shipping address. So I called them (4th attempt, they answered after a total of 25min wait) and asked them to ship to my billing address. I got a call back saying that my billing address did not verify from the bank. I asked if it did not, how did my bank charges go through. They kept asking that I need to call my bank to fix address; when I told them that I was looking at the statement with the right address.

I asked to speak to a manager, and she said she is the only one there. I did not want to order from them but they had the right laptop configuration.

I would never order from them and would like others to beware. "
